Construction of a Coating Plant (the line forms part of a process for the construction of industrial coating plants) and a Selective Soldering Line (the line forms part of a production process for electronic circuit boards involving through-hole assembly)

As part of the Transition 5.0 initiative, Riello UPS has carried out a project to innovate and modernise its Legnago plant, aimed at optimising production processes and improving the quality and efficiency of manufacturing operations.

The project involved the introduction of two new systems to support the production process for the electronic circuit boards used in Riello UPS uninterruptible power supply units: a coating system for the tropicalisation treatment of the circuit boards, and an automated selective soldering line dedicated to the assembly of electronic components using through-hole technology.
